Chocolate Banana Cake

METHOD
1. Grease and base line an 8" deep, round cake tin
2. Peel bananas and mash until smooth, with vanilla essence
3. Heat margarine and sugar gently until melted, remove from heat and stir in flour, salt and soda
4. Beat in eggs and mashed bananas, cool slightly
5. Stir in chocolate chips and spoon into prepared tin
6. Cook at 170 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 3) for 1 hour
7. Remove from tin and decroate with sliced bananas
