Hi Im Gwen, welcome to my page about life in Elvisland. I am a single mom with two daughters at home. I am 42, finally old enough to be set in my ways,(I always wanted to say that) My daughters are 9 and 12, still young enough to do as I say (they will never be to old for that). We have a very open and natural lifestyle. We homeschool and I work from home, does get interesting at times.
My daughters do very well in school,but they also get to learn about everyday life and what its like to deal with the world. They babysit a couple of little girls on the weekend and have alot of fun doing it.
I am teaching them to cook and they both love it. That isnt a bad thing these days.
We are studying about different lifestyles and religons. I want my children to be able to make an intelligent decision about what they believe. We enjoy talking to people and learning about what their life is like. No two people think the same.
We are learning to meditate and find some peace in this crazy mixed up world. Lots of candles and incense makes your world look and smell good.
We love to laugh and have fun, they are always telling jokes and acting out different things. One of our favorite things is British comedies, they love the "Young Ones".
