EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS of The Model � � (see appendix- diagram 1.a.)
- The Model is defined as multi-media/virtual and takes a wholistic integrational approach encompassing physics, biology, economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, law and political science. It is specifically designed to assist expansion of the optimal world-base without sacrificing economic growth or regional stability.
- The Model is an ongoing project based on the co-operative principle of benevolent assimilation.
- The Model carries within it the seeds of its own self-replication and self-justification (in the form of propaganda)
- The Model is designed for maximum flexibilty to accomodate technological advances without compromising base integrity of the corporatist structure. The design is 'modular' with interchangeable interface, thus retaining flexibility while maintaining maximum stability. The uses of conventional materials is pending on further scientific advances in which case immediate material upgrade is recommended.
- The Model organisational schematic (diagram 1.b.) is a centralised top down technocracy but incorporates anarchistic networked features to ensure maximum co-operation. Citizens who willingly co-operate with The Model project will be upgraded to the status of advanced liveware.[1]
DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS.
The Model gives the capability to project control in both outer and 'inner' space whilst ensuring the common good and maximum freedom for the liveware*.
OUTER SPACE.
Over the past several decades space power has primarily supported land, sea, and air regulation. In the near future space power will evolve into a separate and equal medium of warfare. Space forces will emerge to protect military and commercial interests and investment in the space medium due to their increasing importance. [2]
INNER SPACE.
The key to further regulation of 'inner space' (i.e. individual liveware) can be found in relatively new fields such as virtual reality, robotics and nano-technology or in the older fields of sociology, psychology and spirituality. Recent breakthroughs in bio-genetics and pharmaceuticals are also yielding significant results in enabling increased micro-management through self-regulation. The Model will integrate all of these features and 'upload' them into consumers (liveware) either physically or psychically.
ECONOMICS (macro/micro)
The globalization of the world economy is projected to continue, with a widening between "haves" and "have-nots." The Model is designed to help regulate this on the principles of maximum net profits and minimal costs with maximum efficiency. Significant gains are achieved by the sophisticated use of both macro and micro management. Dangers to the advanced economies can be mimimised through increased projection of The Model onto problem areas. Our econometric outline (diagram 3c) demonstrates how The Model is equally able to control the individual, crowd, nation or even the world-space primarily through the manifestation of the centralised/ networked and micro/macro economic structures.
IMPLEMENTATION/INSTALLATION.
It is understood that The Model will be ratified democratically by the citizens. As this is mostly a political problem (not our specialty) we will only make two points regarding implementation:
1.It is most important that the process of democratic ratification is smoothly carried out by the Dept. of Human Planning. Failure to achieve this may negatively effect a successful stage one implemetation.
2. The Model has inbuilt software features which should help to stabilize any problems associated with the initial implementation. Once the software component of The Model is 'uploaded' this should increase the total liveware component as well as reinforcing the existing structure.
MARKETING.
We are proud that some of the most progressive leaders of the free world have used our products and taken advantage of our marketing.[3] The beauty of The Model is that it can be implemented under a variety of ideological constructs. The default code is BLUE [4] but the model can equally tolerate the rhetoric of a RED, GREEN or even a RED-GREEN coalition. As long as the administration involved is relatively stable it can be integrated as a key liveware component. After the initial phase, administrations are freed from unneccesary tasks and can effectively operate on 'autopilot'. The Model is fully 'self-marketing' and so able to overcome most ideological constructs which have in the past been problematic.
CURRENT STATUS and PROJECTIONS.
Recent advancements in research are beginning to challenge the commonly held assumption that %100 liveware is unachievable. Currently the amount of fully compliant liveware is estimated at around %30 (global) while semi-compliant is estimated at about %35. (conservative estimates) Based on our own forecast we expect these figures to reach 35/40 respectively after the initial implementation. We can now project almost %95 (combined) liveware integration by the year 2025. The remaining small percentage of non-integrated can be pacified through new friendly weapons technologies or advanced prisons/tracking systems.
FORSEEABLE PROBLEMS.
- the initial irruption (first stage) of The Model into remaining 'third world' societies can be expected to be disruptive up to the point of sufficient liveware (human capital) integration. Despite ongoing research there are still no easy solutions to this problem. Some researchers have noted a possible correlation between (e.g.) religious extremism/terrorism with the introduction of previous inferior integrational 'models'.[5] We believe this correlation is tenuous at best, however if further research does in fact reveal such a relationship the White Noise� feature of The Model should be able to counter any negative impacts while ensuring continuation of maximised profits and stability with minimal interference.
- although The Model complies with the latest advancements in international law this could produce legal and sovereignty problems for some (particularly smaller) nation-states. There might also be what appears as an erosion of 'democratic' institutions. These are unfortunate consequence of the initial phase of full integration into The Model World-System. However we predict that after the initial adjustment all world consumers will in the long-run be better off with their new freedoms within The Model.
SPECIAL FEATURES.
- the latest auto-immune feature of The Model is able to either integrate or expell all foreign bacterial forms.
- upon initialisation The Model is able to project itself through various means at specified ports of entry (macro) as well as at multiple ports of entry (micro). Eventually this should result in almost %100 saturation with the ability to overcome most traditional points of resistance.
- holographic/sound/multimedia projection of The Model image into sky and space.(diagram 2a)
- holographic/sound/multimedia injection of The Model culture into personal space through both older mediums (e.g:TV/DVD) and newer forms (virtual reality/nano-technology). (diagram 2b)
- self-replicating Micro-Models [6] should result in fullest possible integration of the individual to create maximum happiness and worker efficiency.(diagram 2c)
- diversionary media (non-optional) such as White Noise [7] should have the capability to override problems associated with cognitive dissonance in faulty liveware.
- Universal Surveillance Mechanisms (USMs) to be implemented on both macro and micro levels and integrated with Full Spectrum Dominance weapons capabilities. The Model enables either specific targetting or the use of 'dragnet' technology for maximum coverage.
- chip implants (optional) will be multifunctional, able to incorporate worker 'upgrades' with tracking, informational and full control capabilities. (diagram 2e)

[4] Regardless of the rhetorical construct which it is managing,The Model will ensure that the top liveware remain in control with the minimum of interference. Although BLUE (the default)- commonly regarded as liberal/ democratic/conservative is preferrable on the basis of maximizing profits and passive conformity it may encounter propaganda problems in which case it can be implemented under RED/GREEN.
[5] The extent to which the forces of reaction are unleashed in traditional cultures due to externally imposed models (monocultures) is contested.
