Some might argue that this is ridiculous, since there ARE no penguins to protect. They are all members of the secret agency.

In 1994, a group of weary travellers stumbled accross the PFTPAPOP HeadQuarters. They were never seen again. Thie makes us suspect that the secret agents involved are NOT actually FOR the protection and preservation of Penguins, BUT are actually striving for a different, more hideous cause.
Now, it just so happens that ANOTHER group of weary travellers happened accross the same PFTAPOP HeadQuarters, but this time, they were armed with several Vulcan Miniguns (It is still unknown as to how they recieved these), and since then, the Penguin population, (or the PFTAPOP population, if you like) has been dwindling.
It is now CONFIRMED that those weary travellers were part of a little-known organisation, another secret agency called PATPAPOP (People against the Protection and Preservation of Penguins). They are otherwise known as EWLTIPYHU (Everybody who likes the Ibis put your hand up). With this in mind, it can be understood why Penguins and Ibis' have such a fierce rivalry.
Mongeese, on the other hand, prefer a quiet lifestyle, and keep their distance from both species.
