Backstory:
A Finnish exchange student, Ursula Savolainen is a computer
wiz at Queens High. Knowledgable in many things about computers
and things related to them, she is one of the people who help
manage the school's computer network. Helping to fix up things
when problems with the network present themselves, and having high
grades in school, Ursula is a very good student in and out of
her in-school occupation. She was also a fit runner before this,
and it was no surprise that she joined the school's running team
for the recent nationwide marathon, taking a batch of unused CDs
with her for whatever reason. Little did people realize how
useful they would be in the coming violence in the marathon...

Special moves:

Special move #1
Move name: Hard Drive Partition
What it does: Ursula pulls five CDs out of her little pack which
she then throws in front of her in a spread formation.
Damage: **
Speed: ***
Range: Long (***)
Notes/Strategy:
The only "spread" projectile in the game, this covers a wide
arc and goes very fast. For some reason, the CDs also pass
through characters when they damage them and then they can damage
other characters that walk in their way. They're not very
damaging, though, and people can move between the CDs if they're
distant enough from Ursula when she uses this. All the CDs can
damage one opponent if you perform this move from your normal
combo.

Special move #2
Move name: Network Crash
What it does: Ursula grabs her opponent with both arms and sends
white energy coursing through her arms into the enemy's body,
causing them to flash white briefly. A white timer represented
by a white number with black outlines appears over the enemy's
head, counting down from three. Once it reaches zero, a small
flash occurs accompanied by the sound of breaking glass as the
enemy is launched into the air by an explosion of binary.
Damage: ***
Speed: ***
Range: Short (*)
Notes/Strategy:
This special grab will set a "time bomb" on the opponent
that explodes in the count of three. Once it's on you, you
will eventually suffer average damage when the timer reaches
zero, unless you hit Ursula to stop the countdown. The only
other caveat is that you have to do this up close or it will
not connect, leaving you as open as a hole!

Special move #3
Move name: Overclocking
What it does: Ursula tenses her arms and flashes white. After
that, she will begin to glow white for a few seconds.
Effect: *****
Speed: ***
Duration: ***
Range: Short (*)
Notes/Strategy:
While Ursula is "overclocked," she will become without a
doubt the fastest-moving character in the entire game, going
WAY faster than even the five-star runners. The price, however,
is that Ursula's stamina will be lowered to *. That's right,
ONE STAR. This means she'll get tired out a lot easier than she
would if she wasn't under this effect. Try using this when you
want to get a very good lead.

--
Character strategy:
For the most part, Ursula is an average character, but
she has above-average stamina. She also possesses one of the
only (if not THE only) spread projectiles in the game, the
ability to set "time bombs" on people, and the ability to
"overclock" herself to gain INCREDIBLY high speed at the cost
of horrible stamina. Land the Network Crash whenever you get
the chance, and use the Overclocking if you want to get the
lead very quickly. Otherwise, just be careful not to get hit,
as Ursula can't take hits for beans.

Introduction dialogue:
*Ursula's side is to the screen and she has her arms out in front
of her stomach. It looks like she's conversing with someone
off-screen.*
URSULA: ...Um, no. Finland is not populated by polar bears. And
fairy tales aren't the only things we do, either!
*Ursula then notices you when she looks to the side.*
URSULA: Oh, hello!
*Ursula faces you and gets a happier face. If you are male...*
URSULA: Are you that famous guy? The guy who's been owning everybody
in marathon running?
*If you are female, or asexual...*
URSULA: Are you that famous one? The one who's been owning everybody
in marathon running?
URSULA: Well, I'd love to take you on! Want a round or two?
*A dialog box pops up asking you if you accept her challenge or not*

NOTE: Finland is considered the land of fairy tales in Japan. For
proof, see http://www.tampere.fi/kirjasto/sni/summary8.htm.

Yes, I accept your challenge:
*Ursula raises her right arm in the air, then bends it in front of her.*
URSULA: All right! We're going to start things up now!
*start race*

No, I don't accept your challenge:
*Ursula looks at you in a strange matter.*
URSULA: What? What do you mean, you don't accept? I was itching for a
challenge! Oh well...
*Ursula turns and looks at the off-screen person again.*
URSULA: Your phone's a Nokia? Did you know that Nokia's based in
Finland? Interesting, huh?
*goes back to opponent selection screen*

You win the race:
*Ursula has her hands on her hips, and is giving an odd face.*
URSULA: That was fast! I mean it! It was all so... sudden...
*As Ursula says the following line, she grins closing her eyes, and a
small but visible sweatdrop can be seen on her head. Her right hand's
on the back of her head.*
URSULA: ...just like the Blue Screen of Death. THAT'S how sudden the
race ended.
*Ursula holds that hand out off the bottom of the screen as if to shake
your hand. Her eyes are open and she is smiling.*
URSULA: I hope we meet again! That was some fun competition!
*goes to point calculation screen*
*screen shows you beat that stage*

You lose the race:
*Ursula just stands there and looks at you...*
URSULA: What happened? How'd you lose? Did you overclock your
processor too much?
*Ursula holds out a CD, totally different from the ones she throws.*
URSULA: Here. This is a CD tutorial on how to overclock your computer
properly.
*Ursula stands there again, making it look like you took the CD.*
URSUKA: I hope you have better luck next time!
*goes to point calculation screen*
