Facial hair color: Nil

Shirt: Normal t-shirt

Pants: Shorts
Socks: Short

Distinguishing feature: She wears an orange polyester vest with a
half-zipped orange zipper over her shirt (the bottom quarter of the vest
is black, too, and it curves up in the front to where the zipper is,)
and an orange aura will appear over the attacking limbs when Tsugumi
does her normal attacks (i.e. punch combo, air attack, throwing or
striking with weapons, shoulder tackle, etc.) I guess her brilliant
figure counts as a "distinguishing feature," too.
School: Metro High
Backstory:
A fun-loving female student in Metro High, Tsugumi Yamada has been
attractive to many with her splendid figure, does very well in
school, and has a lot of friends. She seems like a normal young girl,
but only a very tiny amount of people know of the supernatural powers
she possesses and the strange adventures she's had. Even then, all of
that is passed off only as flaky rumors -- Why would anybody believe
such crazy things? When news came of a nationwide track and field
championship, she tried out for membership in the team that would
represent her school, and she was qualified to join. Now she competes
to bring pride not only to the school, but her own family as well.
Rumor has it that she is being dated by another member of the team...

Special moves:

Special move #1
Move name: Kubikiri Juuji
What it does: Tsugumi flies forward head-first with her arms in a
cross formation in front of her.
Damage: **
Speed: ***
Range: Long (***)
Notes/Strategy:
This move can be done with both of the normal special move buttons,
leaving the two other moves to be done with L1+Triangle and L1+O. Anyway,
anybody hit by this move will be knocked down for below-average damage.
However, there's a different use for this: Due to Tsugumi's normally-slow
speed, this fast move provides an alternative way to get closer to the
lead. Use it that way, but be careful not to abuse it and use up all
your stamina!

Special move #2
Move name: Gousokkin no Jutsu
What it does: Tsugumi puts her hands on her knees in a cross formation
and then swipes them to her sides, causing her lower body to be covered
in an orange aura for a short time.
Effect: ****
Speed: **
Duration: ****
Range: N/A
Notes/Strategy:
When this move is completed, Tsugumi will get five-star Speed,
meaning she can now run faster than usual, but in compensation, her
attack strength is lowered to two stars for whatever reason. It also
costs 4% stamina to perform as opposed to 3% like with other moves.
It lasts for some time, though, so if you can get this off, you can get
to the lead with great ease!

Special move #3
Move name: Goutai no Jutsu
What it does: Tsugumi raises both arms in the air, and throws them
down while bending backward, causing her entire body to become steel
for a short time.
Effect: ****
Speed: **
Duration: ****
Range: N/A
Notes/Strategy:
When this technique is completed, Tsugumi will become fully
resistant to hitstun and become unable to be damaged (but can be
knocked down) at the price of becoming even slower than before and
jumping a lot lower and shorter than usual. It also costs 5% stamina
to use instead of 3%. If you can get this move off, you can have some
fun running through things, but you'll have to use the Kubikiri Juuji
a lot to get you across the road quickly.

--
Character strategy:
For a skinny teenage girl, Tsugumi hits very hard and she can jump
high and far, too. However, her stamina is low and she can't take
damage worth crap, not to mention she's very slow. You can advance far
quickly, however, by performing the Kubikiri Juuji repeatedly, but then
there's the low stamina. You can also cast two different "spells" to
enhance yourself, one to increase your Speed but lower your Attack, and
another to make you resistant to hitstun and pretty much invincible but
even slower than usual and unable to jump as far and high as usual.
However, they cost more stamina than other special moves do (4% and 5%,
respectively,) and the "casting" time for both is a bit long, meaning
everyone may pass you if you do this out of the blue. Try knocking
everybody down somehow first before trying them. In the end, Tsugumi
may be more suited for expert players.

Introduction dialogue:
*Tsugumi waves at you excitedly with her right arm, having noticed your
presence.*
TSUGUMI: Hey there! I finally found you! You ARE the most famous
runner around, right?
*Tsugumi points to herself with her thumb using the same arm.*
TSUGUMI: Call me Tsugumi Yamada. I've wanted to challenge you to a race
ever since I heard of you! I'm getting bored running with my
classmates, so can we begin?
*Tsugumi crosses her arms and looks at you with a smile on her face.*
TSUGUMI: I promise I won't do any harm to you or surprise you or
anything, okay?
*A dialog box pops up asking you if you accept her challenge or not*

Yes, I accept your challenge:
*Tsugumi points to you with her right arm while still having her arms
crossed, and winks with her left eye.*
TSUGUMI: NICE! Let's run now! Be careful not to hurt yourself, okay?
*start race*

No, I don't accept your challenge:
*Tsugumi has her right hand on her forehead with her other arm in the
same position, along with a strange look on her face.*
TSUGUMI: What?! Why won't you accept? Are you too tired or something?
*Tsugumi shrugs at you afterward.*
TSUGUMI: Oh well... Return here when you're more up to it, okay?
*goes back to opponent selection screen*

You win the race:
*Tsugumi is sweating a flood. She's standing and looking at you, albeit
with a tired face.*
TSUGUMI: You rule... Considering my powers and my training, I'm
surprised you beat me.
*Tsugumi places her arms on her hips and gives you a happy face.*
TSUGUMI: I don't mind, though! You gave me quite a challenge there!
What do you think of my powers, anyway? Aren't they nice? Well, I'll
see you later... Don't tell anybody else about my powers, okay?
*goes to point calculation screen*
*screen shows you beat that stage*

You lose the race:
*The screen is black. A second passes, and two conjointed circles open
repeatedly at irregular paces, with Tsugumi looking at you with a
concerned face, until they stop opening and stay open. It looks like
you fell unconscious, and you're just regaining consciousness now, plus
Tsugumi's crouched near you. The circles are actually your eyes!*
TSUGUMI: Hey... are you okay? You went out like a light at the finish
line... I guess things were just too much for you.
*Tsugumi holds her arms out.*
TSUGUMI: Can I help you up?
*Although you can't see it, your character takes Tsugumi's hands and she
pulls you up. She stands, looking at you with a concerned face.*
TSUGUMI: Sometimes, things just don't go your way. I give you my
deepest concern. I guess next time, I won't use my powers. Don't tell
anybody else about them, okay?
*goes to point calculation screen*
