What it does: Chen runs and tackles someone. when succesfully on top of 
the tackled victim, chen bashes his fists left and rite down on the 
victims face, really, quickly, for 5 seconds.

Strategy/Notes: Excellent move. almost like a grab, but being able to 
run to get opponent makes it even harder to escape, whilst executing, 
theres nothing that can stop it. however, player can always get knocked 
out of the move when vulnerably running at start.

Character strategy: You should really back off a lot and try defend or 
avoid attacks. when the right time comes, take it, using chen's only 
attack. heavy damage follows.
