Distinguishing feature: J Prime looks like a half-assed version of the 
King of Fighters character K'. J Prime always wears a red glove on one 
hand.
Backstory: Science whiz Jiro Wakamaru is the worlds number one King of 
Fighters fan. Jiro loves KoF so much that a few years back he dyed his 
hair white, started wearing only black leather, and legally changed his 
name to K. Unfortunately for Jiro, this change caused him to be 
included in SNKs recent legal action against the illegal use of their 
copyrighted materials. Convicted of trademark infringement, Jiro was 
prohibited from using any SNK registered trademarks. The remainder of 
Jiros sentence consisted of a forced transfer to Prison High for the 
duration of his high school career. Inspired by the highly agreeable 
Prison High school colors, Jiro decided to continue with his dream and 
had his name legally changed to J Prime. J Prime competes in the marathon 
to show the world the power of his fighting spirit*!

Special move #1
Move name: Heinz Trigger
What it does: J Prime pulls a hula-hoop out of somewhere and sets it 
ablaze with a lighter hidden in his glove. J Prime then kicks the flaming 
hoop at the opponent. If the hoop connects with an opponent, it gets 
tangled in their legs causing them to fall. The opponent takes moderate 
damage from the fire and loses a few seconds getting up.

Notes/Strategy: The Heinz Trigger is a decent attack with one potential 
complication. During the startup of this attack there is a 20% chance 
that J Prime will accidentally set himself on fire instead of the 
hula-hoop. If this happens, J Prime will suffer moderate damage and go 
into a flaming panic for 4 seconds. For the duration of the fire, J 
Prime gains a speed rank and moves at his run speed without the normally 
increased stamina consumption. Once fire goes out, J Prime will stop for 
1 second to catch his breath. This side effect can be useful at times 
(i.e. gives a last second burst of speed so Prime can grab the lead) but 
its random nature and self-inflicted damage make it unreliable.

Special move #2
Move name: Hot Dive
What it does: J Prime cocks his gloved hand back for a moment, then 
thrusts it forward. As J Primes hand goes forward a small rocket 
attached to his glove goes off, dragging him behind it. Unfortunately, J 
Prime doesnt have the necessary body weight to control his direction so 
he just flies randomly around the screen. Anyone hit by the Hot Dive will 
be knocked in the air for a second before landing face down.

Notes/Strategy: The Hot Dive is a risky maneuver. Ideally this attack 
can floor an entire field of opposition. The problem is that the success 
of this attack is completely out of Primes hands. When J Prime 
initializes the Hot Dive he flies forward in a randomly determined 
direction. Prime continues his progress until he comes in contact with 
the edge of the screen. At this point, Prime flies off in another 
randomly determined direction; again traveling until he hits the edge of 
the screen. This continues until J Prime has touched the screens edge 
five times. Any character that comes in contact with J Primes rush will 
be knocked into the air; there is no limit to the number of characters 
this attack can hit. The same character can even be hit twice provided 
theyve recovered from the first hit or have yet to hit the ground after 
their initial launching. Its possible to hit J Prime during this attack 
(causing it to end prematurely) but Prime moves very quickly so its 
tough to get a bead on him. If J Prime fails to hit anyone by the time 
this attack would normally end, his rocket will explode - causing him 
moderate damage and knocking him to the ground for a few seconds. Truly 
a hit or miss tactic.

Character strategy: Statistically, J Prime is a fairly average character. 
This well-rounded nature allows Prime to keep with the pack until the 
end of the race, which is the ideal time to try his specials. With a 
little luck a player can use these attacks to clear out opponents or 
give Prime a last minute burst of speed. On the other hand using these 
moves may only slow the player down at the crucial moment. All this makes 
J Prime a roll of the dice.

*J Prime looks momentarily relieved, then quickly switches back to the 
cocky smile. He holds up a flaming finger; a lighter clearly visible 
behind it* 
J Prime: Anyway  fool, when you do fight youll know why you lose
*J Prime looks flustered and suddenly gets angry*
J Prime: Look  do you want to race or not???
*A dialog box pops up asking you if you accept his challenge or not*

*J Prime cocks a fist at the opponent, narrows his eyes, and bares his 
teeth*
J Prime: I so told you everything didnt leave me
*J Prime lowers his head and looks rather pissed*
J Prime: (damnit... that doesnt make any sense! Stupid court order...)
*J Prime grimly looks toward his opponent*
J Prime: Before we get started just remember  you cant win; BUZZ OFF!

*J Prime suddenly looks shocked and puts his hand to his mouth*
J Prime: Aww crap...
*J Prime resumes his normal smug look*
J Prime: What a bore... that is to say boar  as in the animal. Yeah  
youre a fat stupid boar; thats what I meant
*J Prime looks sadly put upon* 
*goes back to opponent selection screen*

*J Prime drops his head below his hunched shoulders and makes a terribly 
depressed face*
