- Herb Bitting-As he travels to the Midwest to visit relatives and consult with doctors regarding cancer treatments.
- DiAnna Miller-Continue to pray for her stepmother, Sylvia Rice, as she recovers from a fall.
- Charlotte & Hank Eliason-Pray for their daughter Charlene Mishler of Coos Bay as she undergoes chemotheraphy for leukemia. Pray also for traveling safety as they drive to see her regularly.

NATIONAL
WOMEN'S CONFERENCE
"Venture and Victory—Woven Together" a precedent-setting convention for ALL women is being held this fall. It brings together the Women of the Church of God from a state-wide level along with the National Association of the Women of the Church of God. Speakers Dr. Cynthia James and Rev. Jeanette Flynn will share in preaching along with conferences on reconciliation, care-giving, mentoring, music, Bible study, spiritual growth, intimacy, healing and more! The conference includes worship, a concert, fashion show, banquet, available counseling and featured guest artist Lynda Randle. It is set for Sept. 27-30 at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Registration is $115. See the article on the bulletin board for more details. "Summer Cruising" is the theme of the July 9 get together at 6:30 p.m. at Pendleton Community Park, on S.W. 37th at the Rotary Shelter. Special feature is "Bon Voyage" by a local travel agent and our guest speaker is Bonnie Canady from Pacific City, OR. A variety of salads will be served. Cost is $5 for the entire evening.
