CHILDREN'S BREAKFAST PROGRAM The Children's breakfast Program needs a few more cooks and activity people for 11 weeks (and ONLY 11 weeks ) to help sub wile current helpers attend the new adult classes. If you can sign up for ONE Sunday to cook, contact Teri Brickey, 966-6962. To help with the activity time for ONE Sunday, contact Anita in the church office, 276-1894. VALENTINES DAY FLORAL DELIVERIES v Sign up for, our floral deliveries for Calico Country Design on Friday, February 14. If you can possibly help out in this way please contact the church office. The time you "work" is credited to the church and goes a long way toward helping fund our benevolent floral needs throughout the year. And it is a lot of fun! SPRING SALAD LUNCHEON Plans have begun for the Spring Salad Luncheon and craft Bazaar scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 11 and 12. If you have a quality craft you would like to market, it's time to start! With Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, fraduations and weddings and July 4 festivities upcoming, there are plenty of good gift and decoration ideas to think about, not to mention spring/gardening items. Proceeds will go toward funding this year's Vacation Bible School, a "Scuba" adventure! YOUTH ACTIVITIES ¨ Middle and high school youth are preparing for their winter retreat "BLIZZARD 2003" ¨ There are 15 youth, Pastor Joseph and one counselor/volunteer attending from our church. . ¨ Please be in prayer for this outing where youth from all over Oregon/S.W. Washington get together to worship, pray, enjoy challenging recreation and building relationships NURSERY ATTENDANTS Nursery Attendants are needed for Sunday school times, 9:25 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. If you would like to spend one hour with an adorable infant or young toddler, contact Pat Shupe, at 276-3266 BASKETBALL SEASON Basketball season at the Salvation Army Gym begins Thursday February 4th WORKERS FOR THE MONTH

Kathi Zollman-Pray for her as she completes radiation therapy and prepares to begin more chemotherapy. Elaine Entermille-Pray for her mother Maxine Daggett who is curerntly staying at the Willowbrook Terrace Convalescent home. . Karla Kelley-Pray for her son Kalin as he continues to deal wtih after effects of his football injury. Henrietta Moss-Pray for her as she recovers from biopsy surgery. Debbie Oliver-Pray for her sister Theresa's health concerns. Jim Phelps Family -Pray for Jim's mother on the death of his step-dad, Art Kempf of Salem. Charlotte Eliason -Pray for her great grandaughter, Sierra Carey, who is hospitalized with a very serious malignant tumor. Anita Lewis-Pray for volunteers sorely needed for our breakfast program - cooks and activity people. Karen & Calvin Ashbeck-Pray for Kelly Ashbeck Brooks and her new husband , Nick, as she was called to duty with the National Guard. She is training at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas, for the next 5 months. She will then be deployed to active duty. Patti & Kurt Cooper-Pray for their daughter, Nikki, who severely injured her eye and is unable to see out of it. she has a follow-u[p appt. in mid-Feb. Doctors are hoping that it will recover from the trauma without surgery. Pray for a miracle of sight for Nikki. Matt Lindell-Pray that his new roommate at OSU works out and for a good part-time job in Corvallis. Donica Maring-Praise God for assignment to a new position at her job. She avoided lay-off once again. Please pray for a better living situation for her. Len Shupe-Pray for him as he prepares to begin treatement for prostate cancer. Tina Myers-Pray for her surgery at OHSU on 2-2-03 to repair a spot where spinal fluid is leaking into her ear. This is a serious surgery taht borders on brain sergery. Pray for the doctors as they do their jobs. COG State Office-Missionaries, Tom and Norma Smith in Cairo, Africa, with a school for Sudanese refugee children, requests prayer for a large number of people (including 70 high school students) areested by the government. Also pray for Marriage Relationships.. Pastor Joseph and the youth program .. Those choosing Jesus each Sunday .. Our living link missionaries, Wayne and Kathi Sellers and their family in Costa Rica .. Pastor Rick, Debbie, Nate, Lindsay and Luke .. Housing / employment concerns .. New Christians ..
