Dear Sir and Madam

The time has finally come for me to bid farewell to you after the most pleasant and memorable stay of five years in this beautiful country. I shall be leaving Malaysia at the 9th September 2003 to assume the assignment at OOOOOOOOO Company at Surabaya Indonesia.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartiest thanks and appreciation for the invaluable support, kindness and warm friendship extended to me during the period of my stay in this beautiful country.

It is my great pleasure to introduce my successor to you, Mr.OOOOOO. I trust that you will extend the same support and co-operation to him, which you have accorded to me.

I am looking forward to seeing you somewhere in the near future. Once again, thank you very much and wishing you and your family all the best of health, happiness and success in all future endeavors.
