Izzy: Scene 4
Izzy splashed a little water on her face and looked in the mirror. Her cheeks were burning. Did she successfully convince Alex that nothing was happening? How could he trust her again? She couldn�t help but feel guilty. But did she really do something wrong? She didn�t do anything with Dave, so why should she be guilty? She couldn�t shake the sinking feeling at the bottom of her stomach.
The running water swished through her hands. She had that guilty feeling, but it was accompanied by something else�the fluttering of her heart. She felt light-headed and dizzy, the only thing that was achoring her was the guilt she had. Did Dave just admit that he has feelings for her? Because if he did, she might admit to her own feelings�
She shook her head. �I can�t be with him�not when I�m with Alex.� Izzy whispered to herself. She closed her eyes. She felt the urge to go out of that bathroom and break up with Alex. He ignored her most of the time, he never spent much time with her, it was her birthday and he didn�t even make the time to spend with her. Yet he did give her roses, and sing to her�he cuddled with her, talked with her every night on the phone�her family loves him�and he didn�t lie to her. If she broke up with him, she would lose all that and she wasn�t even sure if Dave would be all that for her. She couldn�t break up with him�she had to forget the feelings she felt for Dave.

Alex paced back and forth. He heard a sound and looked up. It was Krysta�
�Hey hun,� she said and went and gave him a kiss. She looked at him and noticed that he wasn�t all there. She looked at him pensively, �What�s the matter?�
He glanced at the bathroom door and looked back at Krysta, �Nothing,� Keeping an eye on the door he pulled her beside a vending machine, �What are you doing here?�
�I decided to come and watch u workout.� She saw that he was still keeping an eye on the door. �What are you doing?� She glanced to where he was looking at. �She�s here isn�t she? I thought you said you�ll break up with her?� She broke his hold and started to walk away.
�No, Krysta�wait.� He caught up to her. �It�s her birthday�I�ll do it tomorrow��

Izzy walked towards the bathroom door and held her breath. �Alex is the one for me,� Izzy told herself, �He�s been so good to me, and he doesn�t deserve to be hurt.� She put on a smile and pushed the door.
As soon as she reached outside, she heard a girl�s voice angrily speaking. She looked to the side and saw who it was. It was the same red headed girl from cafeteria. Why was she talking to Alex?
What they were saying wasn�t clear. So Izzy wanted to walk up behind Alex and surprise him. She walked slowly and quietly. The red-haired girl looked up. Izzy�s and her eyes met and the girl put her arms around Alex�s neck and gave him a kiss. Izzy stopped dead in her tracks. She shook her head. She expected to see Alex resist, but he didn�t�he kissed her back. �No,� She whispered�..
