Keep a small magnet in your pouch for when you need to get a small screw or nail out and the magnet is a wonderful way to grab it without sticking your fingers.
Velcro
Keep small strips of velcro around. They come in handy for keeping power cords rolled up and keeping blueprints rolled up without damaging the ends.
Holesaws
When cutting into a metal box or panel with a holesaw, take a small rag and dip it in water and then place it inside the saw, as the holesaw spins, it will disperse the water around the arbor, keeping the bit and holesaw cool.
