For a start, my fee to your corporation is fixed at only one US dollar per annum. However, when I can prove myself to help your corporation turnaround and/or make it more profitable, I deserve to get a profit sharing and/or bonus shares and/or shares option package at the end of each financial year. Otherwise my fee will remain unchanged.
