| ROSSO DI MONTALCINO D.O.C. Description: Sharp and intense, with a raspberry, pomegranate and wild - berry bouquet. It is an elegant and harmonious ruby red wine. A traditional wine that is aged in Slovenian oak barrels for one year and then refined in its bottle for six months. It has a life of 6 to 8 years, depending on th vintage. It is a good accompaniment for all types of red meat, charcuterie and ideal with sharp pungent cheeses. Serve at 64 Fahrenheit (18 Celsius degrees). |
