Some farmers called their Shepherds, "Farm Shepherds". Others called them "English Shepherds". Nonetheless, each farm owned one.
I've been asked by many folks, "What did your Farm Shepherds look like?" I've gathered photos from my Grandparent's and Parent's photo albums and have put them here.

Fetched the cows on his own at milking time. A family pet, companion and working farm dog.

Sable and White
Similar type as Bose.
Known as an English Shepherd
CIRC: 1949-1962
Dark red sable, no white.
Protective of his family, tough cattle dog.
