Installing a water tank under West Coast Triton V-Berth

Tank in background is a 21 gallon bow tank.

Most of v-berth had to be cut out to provide access for the tank.

A 3/4" section of ext plywood was glassed to the bottom to help support the tank when full.
Wood replaced and a hatch cover frame made of 1"x2" clear fir.

Tank slides under forward part of v-berth; Two plywood braces keep the tank from moving fore & aft.

Foam was used on each side to prevent the tank from moving athwart ship.

A 1/2" plywood hatch cover was screwed to the fir frame to allow future access.
