Have you ever listened to a waterfall sing its lovely song
A liquid symphony tumbling downwards, crystal clear and oh so strong,
Have you ever listened to a nightingale sing its song of love
its melody rising to the heavenly stars and the silver moon above. 

Have you ever heard a dragonfly beat its wings just like a drum
A rhythm that travels through the flowers that bees can gently hum,
Have you ever heard the wind whisper its secrets to the cloud
the gentle breeze that filters through the air when it talks out loud. 

Have you ever saw a daffodil dancing merrily in green fields
this golden yellow flower,tall and elegant,that bends but never yields,
Have you ever saw a dormouse playing hide and seek with a hopping frog
A little brown creature who jumps and skips then hides inside a log. 

Have you ever watched a cloud move, then suddenly change its shape
then just like magic disappear as it makes good its fast escape,
Have you ever watched a sunbeam laugh as it throws its golden rays
that sparkle like precious diamonds that brighten the gloomy days. 

Have you ever marvelled at a rainbow with all its colours shining bright
seven prisms that come from raindrops, refracting from the light,
Have you ever marvelled at why stars twinkle, high in the evening sky
will mankind ever venture there or indeed will we ever try. 

Have you ever sought to discover why you never look inside your heart
for fear of finding weakness or a lost love that's torn it apart,
Have you ever sought to discover the truth that lurks behind those eyes
lifes window that with shutters drawn keeps at bay those anguished cries. 

Have you ever dreamed of being a butterfly escaping from its dark cocoon
to flutter in the air with gossamer wings but has to leave so soon,
Have you ever dreamed of being a wizard who makes any wish come true
for I know I have done all of these things and I wish this wish for you. 

That where ever you go or what ever you do,its done with heart and soul
with confidence you walk your road in life to find your eternal goal,
Never fear things in life that happen, or things you don't understand
for beside you unseen stands your guardian in life, gently holding your hand.
