HTML written in Notepad, because Meerey has a strange brand of laziness that prevents her from taking up computer time and space with installing FrontPage, so prefers to type the HTML by hand.
Graphics created using MS Image Composer, with a little help from Paint Shop Pro because it's got a cooler color selection system and airbrush tool than MIC, but it's not as flexible when it comes to sprite manipulation and layout. *whines* Why can't the companies make a graphics program that's like a combination of the two? Would that be too hard?!
