Have you ever wondered what it would be like to learn in an outdoor classroom? On September 15-17, 2004, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, and Biochemistry students from the Academy of the Holy Angels had the opportunity do that very thing at the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC). Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, PEEC's campus was filled with wooded areas and creeks which set the stage for students to do various kinds of scientific experiments and teambuliding activities. The data collected from the experiments will soon be included in a worldwide research study.
