Shrimp Rolls

Recipe for Shrimp Rolls

 

Ingredients For Shrimp Rolls:

350 g. Shrimps
1 small carrot, chopped
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Crushed Pineapple, well-drained
9 stalks green onions, chopped
12 lumpia wrappers, each cut into 2

  1. Remove shell and head of shrimps. Cut off and save tail.
    Chop shrimp meat and combine with the rest of the
    ingredients except lumpia wrappers. Season with
    1/3 tsp. iodized salt (or 1 tsp. rock salt), � tsp. pepper
    and 1 tsp. soy sauce. Mix well.
  2. Wrap every 1 Tbsp. of mixture in lumpia wrapper.
    Insert tail at the end of each roll. Fry until golden brown.
    Serve with DEL MONTE Original Blend Ketchup or DEL Monte Banana Ketchup.

MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Carrot is used as shrimp extenders.
