Pearl Fruit Salad

Recipe for Pearl Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients For Pearl Fruit Salad:

1 can (439 g) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
drained (reserve syrup)
1/2 cup raw small sago (white tapioca)
1 cup white sugar.
crushed ice

  1. Add water to Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail syrup to make
    3 1/2 cups. Allow to boil. Add sago. Simmer for 40 minutes or
    until cooked. Stir in sugar.
  2. Divide sago into 1/3-cup servings and place in individual
    containers. Top with 1/3 cup Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
    crushed ice.

MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
