LORENTZIAN WORMHOLES

M.S. Morris and K.S. Thorne, Am. J. Phys. 56, 395 (1988) : The  concept  of wormhole is introduced and pedagogically explained

M. Visser, Lorentzian Wormholes : from Einstein to Hawking (AIP, Woodbury, 1995). : Rather exhaustive treatment of the geometry and physics of wormholes and its implications.

P.F. González-Díaz, Phys. Rev. D54, 6122  (1996) .: The concept of Ringhole is introduced, analyzing its differences with wormholes.

  SELF-CREATING UNIVERSE

R.J. Gott and L-X. Li ,  Rev.D58, 023501 (1998) . , The notion of  self-creating boundary condition is introduced and discussed for the case of a multiply connected de Sitter universe.
R.J. Gott, Time Travel in Einstein's Universe (Houghton Mifflin Co., Boston, 2001) . A magnificent book on CTCs which also explores the idea of a universe which is the mother of itself through the use of Misner symmetry.
P.F. González-Díaz, Phys. Rev. D59, 123513 (1999) . It is shown that a multiply connected de Sitter space is classically stable and, if tiny enough, it can also be stable quantum-mechanically.
