Lolita's Return

You might have seen Lolita, a black and white movie by Stanley Kubrick (1961) based on a novel by Nabucov, where Prof. Humbert Humbert (James Mason) falls in love with a young girl, Lolita Haze (Sue Lyon). Well, the welcome picture in my home page is from this movie, and I must say it's one of my favorites. By the way, try to see the movie. Apart from the opening scenes, where there is a wonderful close up of female toes being painted, James Mason actually gives Lolita a pedicure, aprox, in the middle of the movie. By the way, it's an excellent film.

Now we have a new version of the same old movie, by Andrian Lyne (1997). The title is ofcourse 'Lolita' again, with Jeremy Irons as Prof. Humbert and Dominique Swain as Lolita. Here are some pictures I found. I think that they look promising. No, I haven't seen this version yet. But foot related pictures from the film (if any more) are always welcome!
