Here are Nikki, Michael and Tori at the creek at the bottom of that slope. It is a dry creek (as you can sort of tell from the picture), rains over the past week had it flowing this weekend. The area got 3 to 6 inches a day on several days in the past week and it still never got out of hand and could have always been crossed with limited difficulty. A small bridge here will alleaviate any concern. This may also be the location of a dam and a small pond/water garden, but that will be down the road a ways.
There is a wide path already in place. This is looking down it from roughly where the folks were standing in the previous picture.
If you walked to the end of the path as shown in the previous picture, this is what you see as the path curves to the right. This is about half way from the gate to the rear property line. This path runs somewhat along the east side of the property.
Thats all the pictures for now. I just want to say that this shows only a tiny portion of the land. This doesn't include any of the land to the front between the road and the fenced in area. It doesn't touch the separate chicken area and garden (with a small metal shed), or the land behind the house and garden. All of which is within the fenced in area. It also doesn't show the rest of the back of the land and that is considerable. We are looking forward to getting the house and then getting y'all out there to help us enjoy it. If you want to get back to my home page, try this.
