This is just to the left of that picture and shows the sliding door that exits onto the other end of the deck. The deck is 10'-12' deep.
Entering in by the front door and stepping past the stairs that wrap around on the right, this is looking into the center of the house, under the balcony. Forgive the green color, it is because of the canopy of trees that filters the light. When the camera is pointed in that direction it really picked up the green. This only happened on 2 pictures.
Stepping up on the stairs a few steps and looking more to the right you can see the sliding door and the opening to what was the media room. Once again, you can see the green.
Standing in the large main area of the first floor, you look up to the balcony. The doorway to the guest bedroom can be seen directly ahead on the main floor. Just to the right is the Breakfast area and the door to the second bath. Beyond that to the right is the kitchen. Above are the Master bedroom to the right and the third bedroom to the left.
Continuing on around to the right through the breakfast area is the kitchen. The range is actually gas, but it is fueled by a propane tank under the house. This area will need a lot of work, but it is pretty good sized and we'll be able to use it right away. There is room for an island in the middle. To the left of the refrigerator space is the laundry room.
Backing up a bit, here is the second bath. Its pretty big, but there just isn't too much in it.
Continuing around the house from the bath, the next room is the guest bedroom.
The final main room on the first floor is the room that will become the office/study/library. It was previously the room where the television seems to have been.
Going upstairs and looking back down you can see the spacious main area of the first floor. To the right is the sliding door and to the left is the front door (or at least one of the side windows. Unfortunately, there isn't a picture to show the depth of this balcony. It is a good 5' to 6' deep.
Following the balcony all the way, you enter the Bedroom #2. It has a fair amount of storage including a very spacious area under the windows behind the pair of doors.
Coming back out of that bedroom, we return to the top of the stairs and the Master Bedroom. It is similar to the other upstairs bedroom, but with a Bathroom.
Continuing to pan to the right, we get to the Master Bath. It is a bit stark at the moment, but that too will change as time allows. As you can see, it is at the apex of the A Frame section of the house. This feature, however, is not likely to change. However, it has one of the things Nikki really wanted, a garden tub. It even has jets.
That's all of the pictures of in the inside of the house. If you want to see a couple of pictures of the land try the next page.
