What I've learned!

Orientation to Global Science--What is science? I've learned how to measure liquids, weigh mass, and light a burner. Also which plastic wrap holds the most moisture and why a regular Pepsi can sinks and a diet Pepsi can floats.

Shelter-Earthquakes & Materials-- I learned that earthquakes can cause faulting and materials can be added to concret to make it stronger.

Experiment--We did an experiment with plaster of paris; embedding wooden coffee stirrers and applying force. We learned that by adding materials to things like plaster it makes them stronger.
