The Story of Peat - Part 3
The transition from part 2 to 3 has probably been the biggest but most enjoyable jump. Don't get me wrong part 1 to 2 was good but wow, some pretty shit hot stuff has been goin down since then. Firstly we have a new member, Tom-Bone Man. Mighty Tom on the trombone has really enhanced the group's sound and is just a really cool chap.Don't be intimidated to give a big hello wave. A brief glance down the gigs page shows some of the awesome gigs we've had and some of the amazing bands we've played with. Fishbone for god's sake! All of them hold their each special memory in our heart. Ahh memories... They are in part thanks to all the new friends we have made. We have now built up a pretty substantial fanbase in Birmingham and are consttnly getting e-mails from all over the country (and world) saying how much they would like to see us and appreaciate what we're doing, which we in turn appreaciate a hell of a lot. We always love to hear from you. This year sees the Peat taking their music to places it has never been before, as always playing venues around the midlands but also taking taking their music out of midlands (scary 'aint it!) so really do hope to see us at a venue near you soon. If you want us to support your band somewhere, are a venue or just a helpful fan who want us to play by them don't hesitate to drop us a line. Keep it real, keep it load, but keep it peaceful, we hope to see you soon, big love, Peat.
part 4? you'll just have to wait and see...
