Peak Performance Youth department


This year the Peak Performance Youth department has targeted to reach as many students as possible. We are, as always, dedicated to provide the skills to transform the lives of children.

In addition to the usual programs that are conducted during the holidays, there is now more opportunity to organize specialized sessions within the school setting. We have also introduced and are conducting a special training course for school teachers.

The intended end is to have an overall impact on the entire schooling system in Kenya, Africa and ultimately the entire world.

Calendar 2004

This year, we have scheduled trainings in Nairobi and Mombasa, during all the various holiday breaks and catering for all the different school systems. In addition to this, there is a special schools’ package that is available for both public and private schools. As always, the sessions are divided for the different age groups. The upcoming sessions are:

Youth Leadership Academy

This is the follow-up course after Setting Myself for Success and this is only for young people that have successfully passed through SMS and are successfully applying those techniques and are committed to take their lives to the next level. There are only two sessions in December and these are scheduled as follows:

Schools’ Program

School Headmasters, Principals, Headmistresses and Head-teachers, would you like to have a school with highly motivated and self-driven students and teachers? Would you like your students to be focused, purpose driven and self-motivated. Would you like your teachers to effectively take up their cardinal role of mentor & shaper of the students’ lives? Then we have the program for you!

Peak Performance International has established a special course just for teachers and in addition training students within the school setting can be organized at highly competitive, concessionary and subsidized rates.

TEACHER’S PROGRAMME

At Peak Performance International, we strongly believe that one can only give what they have, and as such, to produce well-balanced students, you need to have well-balanced, highly motivated teachers.

Towards this end, we recommend the continuous empowerment of teachers and even parents so that they can always be available to their charges both intellectually and emotionally.

In order to meet this need, we have designed a teacher’s course that will among other things help the teachers: -

  • Motivate themselves and their pupils at will.
  • Acquire success-conditioning strategies.

  • Appreciate their cardinal role as mentors and shapers of their students’ destiny.

  • Identify weaknesses in key results areas in their work.

    The teachers should expect the following results after putting into practice the acquired skills.
  • ed relationships between colleagues.
  • ed self confidence
  • influence others (children) and get the results they want.

  • se and meaning of their work in their lives.
  • instantly create rapport with people (colleagues/children).
  • Increased productivity and achievement of identified objectives.

  • Enhanced loyalty, dedication and integrity.
