Generic Sticker Effect Peach's Way :-) Written by Peach � In PSP 7 Take your finished image you are going to use and name it image. Go to selections> select all> and float. Go to selections> modify> expand> and choose 2 pixels. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with white. Name this layer white. Keep selected�. Go to layers> arrange> send to bottom. Still on your white layer--- Go to selections> modify> expand> and choose 1 pixel. Add another new raster layer and choose a color from your image and flood fill with that color. Name this layer color. Go to layers> arrange> send to bottom. Selections> Select None. Layers> Merge> Merge Visible. Then save. If you have any questions just ask!
