passion flower.  This is a hardy annual vine native to the southeastern US.  In summer it shows off the exotic flower followed by tropical flavored fruit,  Tennessee state wildflower.     Seeds available only during fall.  Sold out for the year
Hibiscus palustris forma peckii
Crimson Eye Rosemallow.
This is an native perenial hybiscus which grows in moist places.  Seeds available late summer, bare root plants available in spring
Cassia fasciculata (partridge pea)
Summer bloomer for the poorest of soils.  While an annual reseeds itself so will fit into the perential garden too.  As with other legumes will add nitrogen to the soil.   Seeds available now
Cassia tora (Sickle Senna)
This is a close reletive of the Partage Pea.  It differs in that it can reach heights of 7 foot and has foliage texture of a tropical fern, Yellow flowers summer through frost.  Seeds available now.
Desmodium paniculatum
Panicled Tick-Trefoil
Large lacy perenial which blooms mid summer.  Great for mixed boarders.
