4. future events:
a. December – FROG caroling at senior center – Debbie Dec 13 if morning find out from Duane if cub scouts doing that as well that day.
b. January – Potluck/stage show (awards) – service unit
c. February – FROW valentine tea – Marsha – Feb 7th?
d. March – Lock-in – service unit – Kathy toured Middle River Friends Church – location will work out GREAT. Upstairs is carpeted room large enough for sleeping. Downstairs plenty of rooms for stations.
e. April – working on – Nicki
f. May – bridging – Service Unit
g. June – camp out – Kathy
h. July – parade/booth???
Every event bring something for food pantry. Fun patches – Oct, Feb, July

5. October – Jennifer
a. Oct. 25th community building reserved 1-3. 1:30-2:30
b. activities: cupcake decorate, musical chairs, pin the tab game, and making jewelry
c. estimated cost for supplies ?
d. parent running stations, parent making cupcakes 12 each. Kathy making and bring frosting for cup cakes.

6. November – Kathy
a. Nov. 15 2 pm-3pm at family life center
b. activities – beach ball volleyball, sponge painting, decorating flip-flops/crocs, balloon relay and end with unit wide limbo contest. girls will not be going through as stations – they will divided up from flag line up so each station will have a good mix of ages.
c. snack – icees girls will get as they lose Limbo and can head home – water bottle left from 4th of July (name on for girls to have through out activities) d. estimated costs=$25.00 (icees, paint, sponges, balloons, ribbons & gems & such for decorating flip-flops) Sherry has ribbons,
e. unit covering expenses and cost is suggested donation of $1.00 for food pantry plus food donation.

I know even my troop is guilty of this – mainly because I have a hard time remembering between the Girl Scout and the Boy Scout… but would LOVE to have all the girls have the Promise and Law memorized so we could easily do these at every event. So, please work on this with your girls and I will get it done myself (I just wish they weren’t so similar – makes it harder to do)
