2. Financial status: $750 Troops need to get a voided check from troop account to Gina with names of who can sign checks � she will be making sure that all former troops accounts have been closed and that everything is in order.

3. Council Rep. Time � Money left over from former Doss troop will be split to the 2 troops that have girls from that troop.

4. Past events:
a. sign-ups � went great
b. camp out � ran low on some food, but it was good. work on getting stations that last same length of time. make sure NO open toed shoes next time.

6. Nov. can drive � Nov. 17 10-11 am @ Lutheran church � leaders there at 9:45
a. awards: troops that have badges to hand out let Kathy know for being called up
b. can drive: Rhonda � note in the paper. Goods go to Carlisle food pantry. collect from family, friends, neighbors. Troop with highest average # goods/ # girls in troop win a prize.?
c. games: Turkey Trot, Pass the Corn If rain then songs inside.

7. Head�s Up: March Unit Event � School Lock-In. I need 1 adult from each troop (can be a leader if you have more than 1 leader attending) to run a station� I will need this person to attend a quick meeting after the February Leader�s Meeting so they can learn the stations they will be running.
