Leader Meeting Agenda
1. Introductions: Kathy, Sherry, Nicki, Deb L., Melody, Marsha, Deb S., Rhonda S, Marsha, Jennifer,
2. Financial status: about 750
3. Council Rep. : forms, final paperwork, Sat July 19 10-3 place? Service Team training
4. Camp Out:
a. date: June 7th time 2pm leaders - 3pm set-up activites start 4pm Webb�s Campground
b. food provided by unit: hotdogs & buns & water � who�s getting Gina S.
c. age level activities
i. daisy-brownie � hike, nature rubbings, identify plants/trees?, making ice cream Don & Don are helping with identifying and hike.
ii. junior + above � tents, fires, knots, dining fly, cooking cobbler
d. food provided by others: each family bring a side dish and divvy out the following
i. daisy�s � paper products: plates, cups, paper towels, utensils
ii. brownies � Chips (about 4 kinds), marshmallows (4), fudge striped cookies(8)
iii. juniors � assorted stuff: trash bags, hand wipes, hand sanitizer,
iv. cadets � condiments: ketchup, mustard, onions, relish
e. fire wood: Kathy
f. need to get from council: dutch ovens, roasting sticks
g. cost $10/family�. cover costs of food and donation to Webbs
5. 4th of July fundraiser
a. south dakota problems with label� des moines 61 cents instead of 50 cents
b. total cost 1200 bottles
c. cost per game straight out sales - $1.50. game 3 rings/$1.00 ring win bottle lose gets tattoo. ring gets water or braclet � limit 1 prize per $1.00.
d. sponsorship from Iasic Walnut League ?
6. may 15th fair at school�. Laurie Candy 210-8221
7. Signing up for leaders � Unit paying for leaders � if early bird and do not return then owe unit $10. Age levels books returned to Unit if bowered from units.
8. troops wanting to run a Unit event for next year? ideas for next year?
