2. Old Business:
a. School Lock-in – 52 attended – Marsha is sending out thank you notes – there are left over hair tie kits, contact Melody $1.00/set
b. Bridging – 6 troops there
c. Fair at School – Rhonda B. attended with her girls – Dawnette reported a nice turn out

3. Financial status: about $600

5. Early bird sign-ups

7. Fall Sign-ups Date: Sep. 10th Multipurpose room… time 7pm All leaders, Co-Leaders, and Assistants must attended!

8. Family Camp Out
a. Date: Sep 22nd Time: 3pm leaders, 4pm: families Place Webbs
b. Activities: Kathy – String Course, Anny – Balloon Launch, Gina – Song/story, Melody – Parachute, Kathy – Cobbler
c. Items needed: bring list of rest of items needed to next leader meeting. Meals: Walking tacos, S’mores, Cobbler

9. Questionnaires for leaders– if you did not get one and return to Kathy then please contact her – thanks. Also, if you have the ones from the girls please contact Kathy and get them to her as well.

a. If you are changing age levels look for those trainings this month or in Aug.

c. Chicago Trip Sign-up – May 7th to May 11th (girls 8th to 12th in fall)
d. Girl Scout Day at the Ballpark – July 22, 2007
e. Open house for Sacajawea and Lakota is May 20th 2-5pm
f. Scouts Stock – Oct. 19-21, 2007 Ashland, NE. A joint event for Boy and Girl Scouts and their families. For more info go to: www.mac-bsa.org

12. Next Leader Meeting: Waiting to schedule once rest of leader questionnaires come in, but it’ll be in August.
