6. future events:

a. March � Lock-in � service unit � Middle River Friends Church March 27-28. 6:00 leaders 6:30 eat before --- �Camp Rock� date and time reserved. stations 7pm-10pm
i. each troop must meet safety wise ratio. Daisy�s must have adult spend the night if they are staying the night. All other troops it is up to that leader to decide based on their knowledge of their girls. If safety wise ratio is not covered by their troop those girls will not be allowed to stay without their own parent there as that also follows safety wise rules. Girls with a male staying with them will have separate rooms to sleep in.
ii. 6 rotation groups � daisy�s, 889, 381, 524, 550, & (690, 599, 386)
iii. scavenger hunt while arriving
iv. give girls info on trail markings set up different colored markers to take girls from station to station. So when get done with a station they are told to follow the blue markers, then next station they have to follow another color.
v. Stations:
1. setting up tents and teach knots if need to kill time � check with Don Noonan,
2. make musical instruments (start saving craft supplies now � boxes, old beans, paper tubes, pringles cans, etc) --Melody everyone bring supplies Feb leaders to see what need

5. teaching dance moves � someone from dance group in town want to ask dance instructor(s) to come? Or else is there someone who knows how to teach some dance? High school cheerleaders Jen Norhagen

e. July � still too early to get signed up for booth and such, but I have already set the sign up sheet for shifts online. It�s same as last year, but I�m hoping for more volunteers for the parade route and also hoping to get enough workers to fill all the remaining blank spots.
