3. Council Rep. Time cookie credit for camp rolling over ends this summer, new activity book due out end of feb.
4. Past events:

6. Jan. Pot Luck and Talent Show � Jan 19, 5-7pm, family life center, Leaders 4:30
a. stage & table/chairs will need set up � all leaders
b. parents bring table service (plates, silver wear, etc)
c. Kool-Aid and pitchers � Gina

f. Awards � Dec. event patches are in and also any troops with awards to hand out let Kathy know before flag ceremony starts
g. Event timing: setup, sign in and sit, flags, grace, eat, awards, program, clean-up
h. each troop will perform a skit/song/etc�

8. Mar. event: lock-in March 7-8 check-in 5:30-6:00, leaders 5pm

d. Each troop must have 2 adults unless need more per safety wise
e. Serving meal - Pizza
f. Cost - $10/girl $20/family max
g. Movie: �The Westing Game�

9. April/May event ideas: craft show & crafts? Campout? email Kathy with ideas
10. Reminder: March Unit Event � School Lock-In. I need 1 adult from each troop (can be a leader if you have more than 1 leader attending) to run a station� I will need this person to attend a quick meeting after the February Leader�s Meeting so they can learn the stations they will be running.
11. Next Leader Meeting: February 4th � 6:00pm - Methodist Church.
