b. Location: Family Life Center – practice songs and have a couple of cookies.
c. Time: go to care center at 10 am in 2 groups
d. Songs – 2 groups 3 songs each: we wish you a merry xmas, rudolph, frosty the snowman, jingle bells, joy to the world, silent night

a. January – Potluck/stage show (awards) – service unit – each troop do skit/song etc. Jan 17 @ Family Life Center… 5pm… leaders there at 4:30 and need some muscle to put up stage. church is going to let us use their microphone for that building $50. families bring own table service. each family bring a main course dish and brownies (45 girls) bring side dish Daisy’s, Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors (27 girls) bring dessert. Flags – Sherry’s troop. Grace – 690 need to know skits/songs to make sure no duplicates – let Kathy know ASAP as it’s first come first serve if there are duplicates. kathy kool-aide in water jug.

iii. give girls info on trail markings set up different colored markers to take girls from station to station. So when get done with a station they are told to follow the blue markers, then next station they have to follow another color.

v. make musical instruments (start saving craft supplies now – boxes, old beans, paper tubes, pringles cans, etc)

8. troop update/info:
Jean Janssen is moving – Kathy will be contacting Jean and the girls and find out if they want to join another troop.
Rhonda Smith is moving at the end of the year – our oldest 3 troops will be down to 8 girls + girls from Jeans troop. Do we want to merge these troops? Leaders – something to discuss with the girls and something to discuss among us as well.
mini tree festival – Thursday and Friday night at community building… silent auction $ goes to christian community in action program and food pantry.
