October Event, Unit Campout, 4th of July (for those that work with booth or parade)
When in charge of event � troop needs to arrange for number of people to run stations, do set-up, and clean-up. (if need help with stations come to leader meeting and will be able to get leaders for additional help) and do get say in date, but need to work out dates with leaders at our meetings.
When service unit is in charge of event � leaders will be given jobs such as setting up, cleaning up, running station, etc.
