1. Introductions: Kathy, Jennifer D, Nikki, Gina S, Rhonda, Jen (possible new leader), Marsha, Lisa L,

2. Financial status: 698.93

3. Council Rep. : Sam not here – council meeting.
a. early bird packets – and sheet with info on filling out the forms
i. have early bird registrations, dues summary, leader forms, bank reports returned by June leader meeting
b. thank you gifts for leaders
c. service center open extra hours
i. Thursdays til 7pm
ii. Saturdays 10am-2pm

4. Past events: March Lock-In – 38 girls
a. Costs = 58.75
b. donation to church = 60
c. donation to cheerleaders = 60
d. $ paid by girls = 190
need something to do while things cooking
need parent email list to send out info directly to parents

5. Cookie info: booths through June .50 for troop no girl incentives.

6. future events:
a. April – Crafts – Nicki – need ideas – April 25 Family Life Center reserved from 8:30-10:30 event time 9-10am
i. pinecone bird feeders
ii. face painting (unit’s paint in Kathy’s storage)
iii. something with eggs
iv. Kathy’s girls help at station

b. May – bridging (awards) – Service Unit May 16 Family Life Center reserved 7-11. event from 9-10.
i. 386 – Kathy – stay senior level - flag
ii. 599 – Jean – mixed troop who’s bridging?
iii. 690 – Marsha – stay Cadettes - Law
iv. 550 – Sherry – mixed troop who’s bridging 5 – Elena, Danielle, Taylor, Tina, Marie - promise

c. July – still too early to get signed up for booth and such, but I have already set the sign up sheet for shifts online. It’s same as last year, but I’m hoping for more volunteers for the parade route and also hoping to get enough workers to fill all the remaining blank spots.

d. Aug 29 – camp out – Kathy check with Ahquabi and Annet Nature Center also with Red Rock
