b. April � craft fair: 33 scouts � at least 3 siblings paid to do crafts - $110

5. Camp Out:
a. date: June 7th time 2pm leaders 3pm set-up activites start 4pm Webb�s Campground
b. food provided by unit: hotdogs & buns & water
c. age level activities
i. daisy-brownie � hike, nature rubbings, identify plants/trees?, making ice cream
ii. junior + above � tents, fires, knots, dining fly, cooking cobbler
d. food provided by others: each family bring a side dish and divvy out the following
i. daisy�s � paper products: plates, cups, paper towels, utensils
ii. brownies � Chips (about 4 kinds), marshmallows (4), fudge striped cookies(8)
iii. juniors � assorted stuff: trash bags, hand wipes, hand sanitizer,
iv. cadets � condiments: ketchup, mustard, onions, relish
e. fire wood: Kathy
f. need to get from council: dutch ovens, roasting sticks
g. cost $10/family�. cover costs of food and donation to Webbs

6. 4th of July fundraiser

7. may 15th fair at school�. Laurie Candy 210-8221 - Kathy doing something for this and may be contacting a few others for help

8. Signing up for leaders � Unit paying for leaders � if early bird and do not return then owe unit $10. Age levels books returned to Unit if bowered from units.

9. parents meeting to discuss 4th of July and some leader changes. April 28th (waiting to hear back from church to finalize this and will contact leaders to announce once set)
