USAGI AI.
Part Three.
//The next morning Touya still didn't feel any better and was actually dreading meeting Yuki at the corner like he always did, but Yuki had all his school books and the homework that he hadn't done. He winced wondering how he would explain to his teachers why he had done none of the work set him when he was usually a straight A student.
" Tousan, I'm leaving now, ja ne!" he called wearily and left the house. Fujitaka watched his son get his bike and leave, he hoped Touya and Yuki worked out what ever it was that was bothering them - they belonged together.//
Touya rode slowly towards Yuki's corner. Part of him was relieved to find no one there, no grey haired smiling snow bunny to climb on the back of his bike and ride to school with, his heart was crying out for Yuki and utterly miserable to find him gone. His school bag however was perched on the wall and stopping he grabbed it and put it on his shoulders, glad that for once Sakura had been too slow to follow him to school.
All week the pair seemed to drift apart, Touya thought that Yuki would need space and that he should sort out his feelings, and Yuki thought that Touya wouldn't want him around now that he knew how he felt.
Fujitaka was growing increasingly worried, Touya wasn't eating and the shadows that dominated his face indicated he wasn't sleeping either. Sakura was worried about Yuki who no longer rode to school with them and who always disappeared as soon as Touya arrived, she had tried asking her Oniichan about it but he had snapped at her in a way that he never had before. Worried for him, she went and told Tousan.
Finally Fujitaka had enough and that evening called his son down to the library in the basement where he could talk privately to Touya without worrying about Sakura overhearing.
Touya sat on the desk and waited for his father to speak, he had a vague idea what this was going to be about - his recent behaviour and the lack of Yuki. But how could he explain to his father that Yuki had kissed him and he had enjoyed it, wanted to do it again, wanted to sweep the snow bunny off his feet and into the bedroom. He had barely gotten his head around the idea of loving another man and now he knew he would have to try and explain it out loud which made it all the more real and the possibility of shame so much higher.
"Touya," his father's voice cut into his thoughts and he looked up. Fujitaka had taken his glasses off and was absently cleaning them on the tail of his shirt, "What happened between you and Yuki?"
Touya cringed, there was no way he could give a vague answer to that, he had been hoping that his father would start with the indirect tact so he could weasel his way out of a proper answer. He felt his father's eyes on him and his face started to heat up as tears of shame started to well in his eyes. He sat there looking at his knees and prayed that his father would take the hint and leave but no such luck.
"Touya, would you like me to tell you something about myself?" his father spoke softly and Touya blinking away the tears and looked up surprised, he hadn't expected that.
" Before I met your mother, when I was about your age, I had a friend who was very dear to me - a friend who I loved with all my heart, so much so that I wanted nothing more than to spend my life with them. My friend felt the same way about me and we were very happy together. After some time we became lovers. Unfortunately, my koibito's family didn't approve of us, and we were seperated by them. It took me years to get over it - I thought my heart had gone too; until I met your mother." He paused and looked over the rim of his glasses, making sure that his son was listening, "Would you like to know why my lover's family didn't approve?"
Touya had a vaguely disturbing feeling that he knew where this was going but he nodded his head slowly anyway.
"My lover was a man." He paused and looked at the stunned and guilty look on his son's face, glad to see that he had guessed right about Touya's problem, "There is no shame in loving another man Touya, you should never be ashamed to love it is precious in any form."
Touya felt the tears prick the corners of his eyes again; a huge weight had lifted from his shoulders. He hadn't realised that the fear of shaming and embarrassing his Tousan had been so huge.
"Go and talk to Yuki. Work things out, you may stay out tonight if you wish." Fujitaka smiled and felt tears in his eyes as his son stood up and hugged him tightly, Touya rarely showed such obvious signs of affection and he wished the best for his son, he would never put Touya through the pain he went through.
"Arigato Tousan." Touya said softly and ran up the stairs.
Quickly he slipped his shoes on and bolted out of the door. Sakura looked curiously from the top of the stairs and with a shrug continued up taking some pudding to her Kero-chan.
Riding fast Touya reached Yuki's house quickly and knocked on the door, hoping that Yuki was in or not in bed. After a few moments the door opened to reveal a damp shirtless Yuki. Touya swallowed hard and Yuki looked pleased, nervous and scared to see Touya standing at his door, his hair looking windswept.
" Yuki," Touya's deep voice sounded like music to Yuki's ears and he was hard pressed not to swoon, stepping back he allowed Touya in and closed the door behind him.
The door had only just clicked shut when he found himself spun round and pressed against it.
"T..To-ya?" Yuki stuttered nervously, To-ya's eyes were intense and focusing directly on his.
He nearly jumped as a slender finger stroked his cheek and he nearly cried when he saw the naked tenderness on To-ya's usually closed off face.
"Gomen Yuki," To-ya purred, "I've been so confused - but I'm not any more."
"Nani?" Yuki managed to squeak before his lips were captured in a passionate kiss. When he felt To-ya's tongue run across his lips, making them tingle he opened them and allowed the kiss to deepen. Feeling his knees weaken he flung his arms about To-ya's neck as To-ya's snaked round his waist pulling them together - they fit perfectly like corresponding pieces of a puzzle. To-ya kissed his snow bunny with a famished zest, making up and apologising for the week without words. His lungs were beginning to burn from lack of oxygen and reluctantly he moved his head to breath. He looked down at the vision in his arms, the damp grey strands of hair were clung to Yuki's forehead and his eyes were large and dreamy, those perfect lips were shining with moisture and looked slightly swollen. They both felt To-ya's body react as Yuki slipped his small pink tongue across those tempting lips and fixed an adoring gaze at To-ya.
"To-ya, onegai_I want you." Yuki's voice was a silken purr and To-ya couldn't, wouldn't and had no reason not to resist it. With one fluid movement he scooped the snow bunny into his arms and headed for the bedroom, and Yuki's comfortable bed.
