INSURANCE WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF LOSS
Your homeowner or business insurance policy may already protect your entry. The insurance policy that covers Peace Lutheran Church is a personal injury liability policy only. It does not provide any protection against property damage, loss or theft. We will handle the entries with great care and have volunteers watch our guests to prevent the handling of the items. Nevertheless, we cannot accept financial responsibility for anything that may happen to the property of the entrants. Therefore, we ask all entrants to sign the following statement, to acknowledge their recognition and assumptions of risk and to return it with this entry form.
By signing this statement as part of the entry form, I agree to release Peace Lutheran Church, and its respective agents, employees and members from all liability for any loss, damage, theft, injury, destruction to any article entered by me in Peace Quilt and Needlecrafts Show at Peace Lutheran Church, San Diego. I understand and assume the risk of all uninsured property, and that is up to me to properly insure my property against any and all risks I choose.
