It will be based on the Byakko 'tools' we practise regularly to create greater inner and outer peace. We will share in meditation, movement, sound & breath invocations, the writing of mandalas, singing, dance, labyrinth walking, participating in the walking of the new 7 Stations for Personal Growth dotted throughout Tom & Jane's 'Sanctuary' |
