| The officer left the room for a few minutes. When he came back he asked Jessica if she wanted to go & see the boys for herself. She got up & told the officer that she would like to go. He took her to the hospital & they both walked inside. Jessica sat down while Officer Pain went to go find a doctor to explain things to them. Within 10 minutes Officer Pain came back with Dr. White, the doctor that had been specially assigned to monitor the boys. The officer left. �Miss Lawrence I presume,� he said. �Yes,� �I am Dr. White & Officer Pain asked me to explain the boys condition to you� �I am ready for you to begin� �Well Mr. McLean was the least hurt. He has a broken leg, a small concussion, & a fractured wrist. Mr. Richardson has a broken leg & arm, & both of his wrists are fractured. He also has multiple cuts & bruises from the impact & the windshield. Mr. Carter has a broken arm, a concussion, & broken ribs. Mr. Littell�s back is broken, but it is a very minor break. He also has a broken ankle & both of his wrists are broken. Well that�s all the news I know for now so I have to get back to the ICU & work.� Jessica stopped him because he had forgotten someone. �Dr. White, what about Howie Dorough?� |
