| If you would like to have something put on the agenda to discuss at the next board meeting you must submit an agenda request. This can be accomplished by either drop-off, mail or the agenda request form link. This request must be in the Peaceful Valley Office no later than 14 days prior to the monthly board meeting. Even though we will always try to accommodate any request, if the topic for discussion is not submitted before the request deadline, we cannot guarantee that we will have the time to discuss it. Please include as much detail as you can in order to help us better set an adequate amount of time for your request. We only have a specific amount of time for the meeting. To stay within the allotted time frame we try to budget our time in accordance with the meetings agenda. Knowing in advance all the topics that need to be addressed by both the board members or any resident, helps us set times to the topics within the agenda. Listed below are links to our past and current agendas. We will maintain one year of past agendas. Our year starts in November and ends in October. |
