PSE Instructions for Street Lighting Acquisition

Must First Obtain A PVCC Street Light Permit – New Contact

If you or anyone in your neighborhood would like to put a light on a pole, I am the person you need to contact.  My name is Natalia Medina and my direct line is
425-456-2158.  If the pole has the appropriate wire and transformer, there will be no upfront cost for adding a streetlight.  A 100-watt light would be $10.16 per month on an eight (8) year contact.  We do require this contract to be signed before we install the light.  If after eight (8) years the light is no longer wanted, there would be no charge to have it removed.  However, if after two (2) years someone would like it taken down, there is a charge for removal.  At today's rate, it is approximately $350.00.  This could however go up in future years.

Anyone interested in obtaining a light will need to provide the following information:

Name and current mailing address of person responsible for bill.

Address of where pole is located that they wish to have light on.
Proof of a PVCC Permit with approval from the PVCC Architectural Committee.

12 digit grid number on pole.  This is usually in two sets of 6 numbers.  If this is not available we can still install but this is a great help.

Once I have this information, I will send an engineer out to make certain there are no upfront costs.  If there are none, we send out a contract to be signed and returned to us.  If there are upfront costs, you are notified beforehand and then you can make a decision whether or not to proceed.

Please contact me if you are interested in obtaining a streetlight or if you have any additional questions. Or you can visit our website at www.intolight.com.

Sincerely,
Natalia Medina
