* Applications indicating dates and type of trip must be received either via phone or mail.
* Upon receipt of deposit (30% of total trip cost per customer) all information will be confirmed by telephone.
* Receipts for deposits will be mailed as soon as deposit is received.
* Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to another date this year or next.
* Deposits may be transferred to another person or party.
* The deposit is then transferable to another date in the year.
