Shipping Tips and Info:

-Avoid using Fed-Ex and DHL.  Big hassel for me to pick it up at customs.

* Postage for a normal letter to Guatemala is $.80

* Do not send anything of value (money, plane tickets, electronics) because there is a chance it won't make it.

* Use a padded envelope if available (if bigger than a letter).  They are less likely to open it at customs.

* If sending food, if a rat can eat threw it, then seal it in a ziplock bag (to hide the smell).
Mailing Address: (letters and packages can go to the first one. Please avoid the 2nd one because it's 7hrs away from me to pick up)
- Please send me an email if you send a box so I know to watch for it. Thanks!!!!

FOOD-
- Candy: I am good to go right now with candy
- Drink Mixes: Apple cider, flavored hot chocolate or fruit flavored teas
- Seasonings: Pasta sauces... put in plastic bag to avoid bugs.  SEASONINGS ARE GREAT
- Snacks- Trailmix, dried fruit, crackers, yogurt covered pretzels or nuts, cheesits, anything with flavor :)

NON-FOOD
- Socks: Nothing better than a fresh pair, thick hiking socks or comfy sleeping socks are great
- Music: (anything on cd, MP3's are fine)
- Chapstick: Ones with SPF are better

Cross Stich! I did my first cross stich when I was in bed VERY sick becuase I ate fish soup. Anyways..it was a lot of fun. So cross stich kits (the ones that come in a bad with the pattern, thread and everything you need in it).  Don't send the ones that are too difficult as I am still learning.

BOOKS = Christian books, true stories or books you think I would like are welcomed.  Send paperback so its lighter
- Watercolor Paper (Arches or Coyman)
- Pictures!!!!!

Feel free to be creative!!!!
