You will need:
4 red patatoes chopped into small cubes
a broccli head chopped into small sections
chopped carrots
celery chopped
tomatoes chopped
and any other veggie you like

   All you have to do is put a little oil in a pan add your patatoes and veggies. Then let it cook on low then add a lid letting it cook at medium until everything is soft. You can add seosoning for flavor. Also add a nice salad with all your fav. veggies, raisens, and almond halves.

REMEMBER: Make sure your oil and seosoning contains no animal for a 100% veg-head meal!
